Request for Proposal: Payroll & Financial Management System

In accordance with the City of Worthington (City) Codified Ordinances, the Finance Director invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide software and implementation services for a Payroll & Financial Management System (FMS) to meet the system and reporting needs of the City of Worthington’s Finance Department.

In order to be considered, all proposals must be submitted by email no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday, March 11th, 2022. The responsibility for getting the proposal to the City of Worthington on or before the specified time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the submitting bidder. The City of Worthington shall in no way be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence.
