Worthington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 18, 2020, at 7:30 pm in a virtual meeting, to further consider the following Ordinance:

Ordinance No. 10-2020

To Amend Section 1123.73 to the Codified Ordinances of the City of Worthington to Add a Definition of Transient Guest to Tourist Homes in the Definition Section of the Planning & Zoning Code.

This Ordinance is on file in the office of the City Clerk for the examination of persons interested therein.  In recognition of the State’s orders prohibiting public gatherings, our building is closed to the public at this time, but arrangements can be made to accommodate their viewing.  The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to virtually attend a public meeting held by the City with a minimum 48 hours’ advance notice.
