In recognition of the State’s orders prohibiting public gatherings, the Worthington City Council and the Sharon Township Trustees will hold a virtual joint meeting on Monday, May 4, 2020, at 7:30 pm on the internet at Worthington.org.

The purpose of the meeting will be to levy the tax for the maintenance of Walnut Grove and Flint Road Cemeteries.

Any person is hereby invited to express their opinions in regard to this meeting by the following two options:

• Email council@worthington.org.  Comments will be read by the Clerk of Council during the meeting.
• Call 567-249-0063 and enter conference ID 894-456-406.  Telephone comments will be taken in the order in which they are received.  There is a 25-second delay in the live stream online so callers should turn their computer audio down when it is their turn to speak. Be aware that if you call in your telephone number may be observable by those attending the meeting. 

The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to express their opinions during the public meeting with a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice.

This notice is given in accordance with Worthington Code Section 109.06.
