Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, April 6, 2020:

Ordinance No. 14-2020

(As Amended)

Amending Ordinance No. 45-2019 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for Appropriations from the General Fund Unappropriated Balance and to Authorize the City Manager to Enter into a Settlement Agreement with Dustin and Susan Mondrach.  

This ordinance will take effect on April 9, 2020.  It is on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio.  Due to public building closures during the public health emergency, please call 614-436-3100 to determine current office hours for inspection.  A copy of the ordinance is also available by clicking on the following link:
