Authorizing and Directing the Elimination of a Special Accounting Fund Entitled "Parks and Recreation Revolving Fund".

Amending Ordinance No. 52-2018 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Capital Improvements Fund Unappropriated Balance to Pay the Cost of Curb Improvements at Wilson Bridge Road & the Railroad Crossing for the NE Gateway Intersection Improvement Project and all Related Expenses with said Project.
