Worthington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 3, 2019, at 7:30 pm in the Louis J. R. Goorey Worthington Municipal Building, 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio, to further consider the following Ordinance:

Ordinance No. 21-2019

Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Community Reinvestment Area Agreement with Worthington 17, LLC to Grant a Seventy-Five Percent (75%) Tax Exemption for Real Property Improvements to be Made to the Property Located at 6740 North High Street in the City of Worthington for a Period Not to Exceed Ten (10) Years.

This Ordinance is on file in the office of the City Clerk for the examination of persons interested therein.  The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to attend a public meeting held by the City with a minimum 48 hours’ advance notice.
