Worthington City Council passed the following ordinances at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, March 18, 2019:

Ordinance No. 07-2019

Approving the Final Plat and Approving a Subdivider’s Agreement for the Worthington Gateway (7007 North High Street).

Ordinance No. 08-2019

Authorizing the Acceptance and Conveyance of Certain Parcels of Real Property in the City of Worthington, Ohio in connection with a Tax Increment Financing Program in Order to Facilitate the Redevelopment of Certain Real Property Located at 7007 North High Street.

These ordinances will take effect on April 10, 2019.  They are on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
