Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance at its Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019:

Ordinance No. 01-2019

Adopting a Plan of Operation and Governance for the Electric Aggregation Program.

This ordinance will take effect on February 13, 2019.  It is on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
