Worthington City Council will hold highlights, public hearings and workshops on the Five-Year Forecast, proposed 2019-2023 Capital Improvements Program and proposed 2019 Operating Budget beginning Monday, October 8, 2018 at 7:30 pm in the Louis J.R. Goorey Municipal Building, 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio.  The proposed schedule is as follows:

October 15, 2018    Overview – Proposed 2019-2023 Capital Improvements Program

November 5, 2018    Budget Workshop – Proposed Budget for Administration, Law, Finance, Planning & Building, Police, Fire & EMS, Other Funds

November 13, 2018    Budget Workshop – Proposed Budget for Parks & Recreation, Service & Engineering and Community Groups (McConnell Arts Center, Worthington Historical Society, Old Worthington Partnership)

November 19, 2018    Introduction of 2019 Budget Ordinance

December 3, 2018   Public Hearing on 2019 Operating Budget; Adoption of the 2019-2023 Capital Improvements Program

The 2019 Operating Budget and 2019-20233 Capital Improvements Program documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk for the examination of persons interested therein.  The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to attend a public meeting held by the City with a minimum 48 hours’ advance notice.
