Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, September 17, 2018:

Ordinance No. 44-2018

To Amend Various Sections of Chapter 765 “Tobacco Sales” of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Worthington.

This ordinance will take effect on October 10, 2018.  It is on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
