Worthington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 17, 2018, at 7:30 pm in the Louis J. R. Goorey Worthington Municipal Building, 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio, to further consider the following Ordinances:

Ordinance No. 42-2018

Authorizing the Final Plan to the Wilson Bridge Corridor for 181 East Wilson Bridge Road and Authorizing Variances (Oxford Circle, LLC. c/o David Hodge).

Ordinance No. 43-2018

Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission and Authorizing the Necessary Tax Levies and Certifying Them to the County Auditor.

Ordinance No. 44-2018

To Amend Various Sections of Chapter 765 “Tobacco Sales” of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Worthington.

These foregoing Ordinances are on file in the office of the City Clerk for the examination of persons interested therein.  The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to attend a public meeting held by the City with a minimum 48 hours’ advance notice.
