Worthington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 16, 2018, at 7:30 pm in the Louis J. R. Goorey Worthington Municipal Building, 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio, to further consider the following Ordinances:

Amending Ordinance No. 41-2017 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the PACE Fund Unappropriated Balance to Provide Funds for the Payment of a Special Assessment to the Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority.
Ordinance No. 15-2018
Amending Ordinance No. 41-2017 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Capital Improvements Fund Unappropriated Balance to Pay the Costs of the Olentangy Parklands Restroom and all Related Expenses and Determining to Proceed with said Project. (Project No. 676-18)
Ordinance No. 16-2018
Amending Ordinance No. 41-2017 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Capital Improvements Fund Unappropriated Balance to Pay the Additional Design and Engineering Services for the Upper Rush Run Stream Restoration Design and all Related Expenses with said Project. Ordinance No. 17-2018
Amending Ordinance No. 41-2017 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Capital Improvements Fund Unappropriated Balance to Pay the Additional Design and Engineering Services for the NE Gateway Intersection Improvement Project and all Related Expenses with said Project. These foregoing Ordinances are on file in the office of the City Clerk for the examination of persons interested therein.  The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to attend a public meeting held by the City with a minimum 48 hours’ advance notice.
