Worthington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 11, 2017, at 7:30 pm in the Louis J. R. Goorey Worthington Municipal Building, 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio, to further consider the following Ordinance:

Ordinance No. 47-2017

Amending Ordinance No. 41-2017 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for Appropriations From the Capital Improvements Fund Unappropriated Balance to Pay the Cost of the 2018 New and Replacement Equipment Items and for Certain Projects as Identified in the 2018 Five-Year Capital Improvements Program and all Related Expenses and Determining to Proceed with said Projects.

This foregoing Ordinance is on file in the office of the City Clerk for the examination of persons interested therein.  The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to attend a public meeting held by the City with a minimum 48 hours’ advance notice.
