Worthington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 3, 2017, at 7:30 pm in the Louis J. R. Goorey Worthington Municipal Building, 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio, to further consider the following Ordinances:

Ordinance No. 10-2017

An Ordinance to Revise the Codified Ordinances by Adopting Current Replacement Pages.

Ordinance No. 11-2017

Enacting Section 737.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City to Prohibit the Business of Cultivation, Processing and Retail Dispensing of Medical Marijuana in the City.

Ordinance No. 12-2017

Enacting Section 1123.491 and Amending Section 1147.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the City to Define Medical Marijuana and Prohibit the Cultivation, Processing and Retail Dispensing of Medical Marijuana in any Zoning District Within the City.

The foregoing Ordinances are on file in the office of the City Clerk for the examination of persons interested therein.  The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to attend a public meeting held by the City with a minimum 48 hours’ advance notice.
