Don’t throw your pumpkins away in the trash or compost pile. Drop pumpkins and gourds in our special pumpkin collection dumpster behind the Worthington Service & Engineering Building, 380 Highland Avenue. Do not put them in the green compost bins. Pumpkins and gourds will be collected through December 1st. Pumpkins must be free from wax, candles, plastic, metal, glitter, paint, or any other decorations. Pumpkins will be composted at Price Farms in Delaware and stay out of the landfill.
