Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance at its Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023:

Ordinance No. 01-2023

(As Amended)

To Amend Chapter 1127.02 Municipal Planning Commission – Powers and Duties and Create Chapter 1153 Demolition of a Building – Outside the Architectural Review District of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Worthington.

This ordinance will take effect on March 20, 2023.  They are on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
