Worthington City Council passed the following ordinances at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, December 5, 2022:

Ordinance No. 39-2022

(As Amended)

Providing for the Adoption of the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year 2023 and Appropriating Sums for Current Operating Expenses.

Ordinance No. 40-2022

(As Amended)

Amending Ordinance No. 39-2022 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for Appropriations From the General Fund and Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Fund Unappropriated Balance’s to Pay the Cost of Funding for Community Groups, Cultural Arts Center and Tourism Activities for 2023. 

These ordinances will take effect on January 1, 2023.  They are on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
