Amending Ordinance No. 39-2022 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Capital Improvements Fund Unappropriated Balance to Pay the Costs of McCord Park Improvements - Phase 2 and all Related Expenses and Determining to Proceed with said Project.
