Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, October 17, 2022:

Ordinance No. 35-2022

(As Amended)

Amending Section 525.01 “Definitions” and Enacting New Sections 525.20 “Interference with Conduct of an Election” and 525.21 “Harassment of an Election Official” of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Worthington and Declaring an Emergency.

This ordinance will take effect on October 20, 2022.  It is on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
