Worthington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 19, 2022, at 7:00 pm to further consider the following Ordinances:

Ordinance No. 27-2022

Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission and Authorizing the Necessary Tax Levies and Certifying Them to the County Auditor.

Ordinance No. 28-2022

Accepting the Deed of Dedication for Additional Right-of-Way at 6670 Huntley Road.

Ordinance No. 29-2022

Approving the Installation of New Sidewalks/Walkways, Brick Pavers and Landscaping on the Northwest Village Green in the Area Associated with the Worthington Presbyterian Church.

Ordinance No. 30-2022

Granting a Non-Exclusive Easement to the Worthington Presbyterian Church and Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into an Easement Agreement to Allow for the Use of a Portion of the Griswold Center Property at 777 High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085.

These Ordinances are on file in the office of the City Clerk for the examination of persons interested therein.
