A public hearing will be held on the proposed tax budget for fiscal year 2023 on Monday, June 6, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. for all interested citizens of the City of Worthington. The following tax budget is proposed by the following programs:

Police and Fire Services $ 15,282,113

Public Health 81,113

Leisure Time Activities 6,073,289

Community Environment 1,030,265

Utility Services 1,279,000

General Government 9,000,768

Capital Improvements 7,346,493

Debt Retirement 1,399,672

This public hearing will be held at the Louis J.R. Goorey Worthington Municipal Building, 6550 North High Street, for the purpose of discussion of the proposed tax budget. All interested citizens will have the opportunity to give written and oral comment. The proposed tax budget may be examined on weekdays at 6550 North High Street, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to attend the public hearing with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice.
