Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, May 16, 2022:

Ordinance No. 12-2022

Amending Ordinance No. 53-2021 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Capital Improvement Fund Unappropriated Balance to Pay the Costs of the Perry Park Playground Replacement and all Related Expenses and Determining to Proceed with said Project. (Project No. 734-22)

The ordinance will take effect on June 8, 2022.  It is on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
