Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, March 7, 2022:

Ordinance No. 06-2022

Approving the Provisions of a Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of Worthington, Ohio and the Fraternal Order of Police, Capital City Lodge No. 9 and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Same on Behalf of the City.

This ordinance will take effect on March 30, 2022.  It is on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
