Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, February 7, 2022:

Ordinance No. 03-2022

To Amend Worthington’s Existing Community Reinvestment Area Boundaries and to authorize the City Manager to Submit a New Ohio Community Reinvestment Area Program Petition for Area Certification to the Ohio Department of Development. 

This ordinance will take effect on March 2, 2022.  It is on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
