Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, December 20, 2021:

Ordinance No. 63-2021

Approving a Final Plat for the Subdivision, Platting of an Access Easement, and Dedication of Land Currently Used for Public Right-of-Way on a Property at 6700 N. High St. (Advanced Civil Design/Worthington 17 LLC)

This ordinance will take effect on January 12, 2022.  It is on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
