Worthington City Council passed the following ordinances at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, November 1, 2021:

Ordinance No. 48-2021

Amending Ordinance No. 44-2020 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the General Fund Unappropriated Balance.

Ordinance No. 50-2021

Authorizing and Directing the Establishment of a Fund for the Purpose of Receiving Revenue and Accounting for Expenditures of Funds Received from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

These ordinances will take effect on November 4, 2021.  They are on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
