Worthington City Council passed the following ordinances at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, September 20, 2021:

Ordinance No. 40-2021

(As Amended)

Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission and Authorizing the Necessary Tax Levies and Certifying Them to the County Auditor.

Ordinance No. 41-2021

Amending Ordinance No. 44-2020 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Downtown Worthington Municipal Public Improvement TIF Fund and General Bond Retirement Fund Unappropriated Balance.

These ordinances will take effect on September 23, 2021.  They are on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
