Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance by emergency at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, September 13, 2021:

(As Amended)

Requiring the Wearing of Facial Coverings to Reduce and Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 and Declaring an Emergency.

This ordinance will take effect on September 16, 2021.  It is on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
