Worthington City Council passed the following ordinance at its Regular Meeting held on Monday, July 19, 2021:

Ordinance No. 33-2021

(As Amended)

Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract for the Collection, Transportation, and Delivery for Disposal or Processing of Residential Solid Waste, Recycling Materials and Yard Waste.

This ordinance will take effect on July 22, 2021.  It is on file for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
