Amending Ordinance No. 44-2020 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Capital Improvements Fund Unappropriated Balance to Pay the 2021 Bicycle & Pedestrian Improvement Program and all Related Expenses and Determining to Proceed with said Project.
