Worthington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 3, 2021, at 7:30 pm in a virtual meeting, to further consider the following Ordinance:

Amending Section 529.07(c)(7) of the Worthington Codified Ordinances to Be Consistent with State Law Regarding Opened Containers of Beer and Intoxicating Liquor Within the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area

This Ordinance is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio.  The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to attend a public meeting held by the City with a minimum 48 hours’ advance notice.
