The regular meeting of the Worthington Board of Zoning Appeals will be held virtually on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at 7:00 pm on the internet at worthington.org/live to hear the following requests:

  4. Variance –Rear Yard Setback – Enclose and Expand Screened Porch – 6714 Lakeside Circle (Nicholson Builders/Bedinghaus) VAR 12-2021

  5. Temporary Use Permit – Outdoor Seating – 2185 W. Dublin-Granville Rd. (Cameron’s) TUP 04-2021

  6. Nonconforming Use Expansion – Dumpster Enclosure – 5596 N. High St. (Jim Martin) NONC 01-2021


The public has the following options for providing comments:

  1. Before the meeting, email planning@worthington.org, referencing the address or case number in the subject,  to request a link for the Microsoft Teams meeting to join through the internet.  
  2. Before the meeting, email planning@worthington.org, referencing the address or case number in the subject, providing comments to be sent to the Board.
  3. During the meeting, email planning@worthington.org, referencing the address or case number in the subject, with comments or call 567-249-0063 and enter conference ID: 456 775 89# to speak.
