Worthington City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at 7:30 pm in a virtual meeting, to further consider the following Ordinances:

Ordinance No. 01-2021

Amending Ordinance No. 44-2020 (As Amended) to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for Appropriations from the General Fund Unappropriated Balance for the Purpose of Providing Financial Assistance to SwimInc.

Ordinance No. 02-2021

To Amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Worthington, Ohio to Modify PUD 01-2018 (Ordinance No. 06.2019) to Permit a New Mixed-Use Building at 121 W. Wilson Bridge Rd. (Parcel #100-006792)

Ordinance No. 03-2021

Amending Various Sections of Chapter 121 “Council” of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Worthington.

These Ordinances are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, located at 6550 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio.  The City will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to attend a public meeting held by the City with a minimum 48 hours’ advance notice.
