The Worthington Police Department has multiple tools we utilize to assist with investigating and combating traffic complaints.

Traffic complaints should be directed to the on duty supervisor through our communications center at 614-885-4463 or by completing this form.

Once a complaint is received we may conduct a traffic survey using a StealthStat system which monitors speed and frequency of travel and can provide a better picture of when and where speeding offenses are occurring.

The department also utilizes a radar speed trailer to remind motorists of the speed limit on a given roadway.

We may also directly assign officers to respond to traffic complaints and take enforcement action. These usually last for a two weeks and are documented with the original complaint.
