Worthington Fire & EMS does not currently offer child vehicle safety seat inspections or installations.
There are multiple other fire departments and organizations that have trained staff who can provide these services. Please see our Child Safety Seat Resources for those central Ohio agencies that can assist you with this effort.
NOTE: Many of those on this list do not offer drop-in assistance and instead require that you call ahead to schedule an appointment. Please review it carefully as each organization will differ in the days and times they are available to assist you.
ATTENTION PROSPECTIVE PARENTS: Please procure your child safety seat and schedule your inspection and installation far enough in advance of your expected delivery date. We can testify to multiple instances where those needing this assistance have driven to our fire station a day or two before their baby is due!
