Worthington City Council approved legislation at its February 7, 2022 meeting to expand the Worthington Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) to include more area on West New England Avenue, as well as additional adjacent parcels.
Snow House Partnership proposed a CRA expansion in coordination with concepts presented at a City Council meeting in October 2021 for a new downtown hotel. See related documents below.
Legislation to rezone 44-46 West New England Avenue was approved by City Council on March 8, 2022. The property will be included in the CRA expansion.
