Director of Public Service, David Groth

The Department of Service is responsible for the maintenance of public buildings and services within the City. Departmental staff perform snow removal, street cleaning and maintenance, sewer and drainage services, and maintenance of traffic control systems. The Department also manages the City's solid waste collection services, provides assistance for community events, performs grounds maintenance and leaf collection, and maintains all the City's vehicles.

The Department is divided into five main areas: Street, Water, Sewer, Fleet, and Buildings & Grounds. These divisions work together to provide many services such as snow and ice removal and leaf collection.
