Fine and Payment Information
If your ticket does not require a court appearance, payment is due 7 days after the day the ticket was issued and must be received on or before the court date posted on your ticket.
Payment options are:

In Person – by cash, credit card (Mastercard/Visa only), personal check (if drawn on a local bank with your name and address imprinted on it), or money order payable to Worthington Mayor’s Court at 6550 N. High St., Worthington, Ohio.

Mail - Sign your ticket on the back, enclose check or money order and include proof of insurance if not shown to the officer.

Fax –Click here to download and print the fax payment form. Complete the credit card payment information and fax the completed form, a copy (front & back) of the signed ticket and proof of insurance if not shown to the officer. The fax number is (614) 433-7915. attention: Mayor's Court.
If you are charged with more than one (1) offense or the offense is not listed below call the clerk’s office at (614)-786-7351 – Monday thru Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If payment is not received on or before the court date shown on the ticket you will be required to appear on that date or a warrant may be issued and your operator license forfeited.
