1. What is the next step?

The Steering Committee will continue the development of standards and regulations for redevelopment in the corridor, and strategies for implementation of the vision.

2. What are the stages of the plan?

The first stage of the plan was focused on developing the vision, goals, objectives and design concepts for the corridor. The second stage of the plan will be to develop specific design standards to guide future development.

3. Why was this project considered?

The goal is to put together a vision for East and West Wilson Bridge Road to ensure the future viability of the entire corridor. The Wilson Bridge Road corridor extends from the Olentangy River Parklands to the railroad tracks east of the Community Center at 345 E. Wilson Bridge Rd.

4. Who is on the Steering Committee?

The Steering Committee is made up of:

• Bird Houk Collaborative consulting team
• City staff
• Community Improvement Corporation
• Members of the Worthington City Council
• Municipal Planning Commission
• Residents and property owners of the study area and adjacent areas
