(Legislation Introduced this Date Begins With: Ordinance No. 31-2008 and Resolution No. 22-2008)
Amending Ordinance No. 65-2007 to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation From the Municipal Motor Vehicle License Tax Fund and the County Permissive Tax Fund Unappropriated Balances to Pay the Cost of Resurfacing Linworth Road from the South Corporation Limit to Snouffer Road and Snouffer Road from Linworth Road to the West Corporation Limit and all Related Expenses and Determining to Proceed with said Project. (Project No. 551-08)
Amending Ordinance No. 65-2007 to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund Unappropriated Balance in the Professional Training for Law Enforcement Officers.
Reauthorizing an Agreement Between the City of Worthington and the Board of County Commissioners, Franklin County, Ohio on Behalf of the City of Worthington for a Community Development Block Grant and HOME Program and Provide Acquisition Services Therewith.
To Urge the National Credit Union Administration, the Federal Reserve Board and the Office of Thrift Supervision to Adopt the Reforms Proposed for the Federal Trade Commission Act, Truth in Savings Act, and Truth in Lending Act to Protect Consumers from Unfair and Abusive Practices by the Credit Card Industry.
