Amending Ordinance No. 65-2007 to Adjust the Annual Budget by Providing for an Appropriation from the Accrued Acreage Benefit Fund Unappropriated Balance in the Amount of $65,000.00 to Provide for Sewer System Capacity Charges due to the City of Columbus.
To Authorize and Direct the City Manager to Execute a Right-of-Entry Authorizing the Worthington Arts Council and its Consultants and Contractors to Enter Upon the Premises of the Packard Annex for the Purpose of Abating Hazardous Materials and for the Further Purpose of Making Openings in Ceilings and walls to Verify that No Hidden Hazardous Materials exist and to Further Verify the Size and Usability of Plenums and Chases.
