Look for Worthington Chapter DAR at this weeks Farmers Market. We are partnering with Wreaths Across America to join in national wreath laying ceremonies to honor our fallen veterans. Our ceremony will take place at Worthington Presbyterian Church on December 15, 2018 at 12:00 noon and we will adjourn to lay wreaths on veterans graves at Flint, Walnut Grove and St Johns Episcopal Cemeteries. Simultaneous ceremonies will be held at Arlington National Cemetery and 1,200 other locations across all 50 states. To make this day a success we are seeking individual, group and corporation sponsorship for wreaths. Each wreath costs $15.00, donations will be accepted. Please visit our website and contact us for more information at waaworthington.weebly.com and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
