The City of Worthington enjoys a good mix of industrial/warehouse/distribution buildings including those used for bulk warehouses, mini-warehouses and flex space. Worthington's industrial buildings also meet a variety of user needs, including large single-tenant facilities and multi-user industrial space for small- to medium-sized manufacturers. Worthington offers 58 industrial/warehouse facilities that total 2.7 million sq. ft. 

Kilbourne Commercial BuildingA variety of retail opportunities include an upscale regional shopping mall, an extensive downtown retail/dining/eating/business district and convenience/strip shopping centers. Additionally, the Old Worthington retail market is one of the most successful downtown areas in Ohio and is comprised of unique retail shops and dining. Worthington's downtown also features a Wi-Fi network, which offers free internet access anywhere outside along High Street in old Worthington and in two Worthington Libraries locations. The Worthington Square Mall is a 195,000 sq. ft. shopping and dining showplace with several major tenants, including Ann Taylor, Talbot's, Talbot Men's, Victoria's Secret and Kroger. Major renovations are planned for the Mall and Krogers in 2006.
